Anthony “King” Harris is the Founder and Executive Director of Prisoners Behind Broken Bars (Px3B), a justice-impacted advocacy organization dedicated to bringing greater transparency, accountability, and public awareness to correctional institutions while strengthening support for incarcerated individuals and their families.

Drawing from firsthand experience inside Nevada’s correctional system, King founded Px3B after recognizing a critical gap between what occurs behind prison walls and what the public, families, policymakers, and oversight agencies are often able to see. His vision was to create an independent platform where incarcerated voices could be documented, organized, preserved, and responsibly shared to encourage informed public discussion and institutional accountability.

Under King’s leadership, Px3B has evolved far beyond a reporting platform. The organization now encompasses investigative documentation, public awareness initiatives, volunteer operations, institutional monitoring, legal resource development, family support systems, Right to Response (R2R) procedures, educational materials, operational intelligence, and technology-driven solutions designed to improve communication and organization across every aspect of the organization.

King has personally designed many of Px3B’s operational systems, including the organization’s Operations & Control Center (OCC), standardized reporting methodologies, volunteer infrastructure, investigative workflows, data quality systems, and long-term plans for AI-assisted advocacy tools intended to help incarcerated individuals access information, organize documentation, and respond more effectively to urgent situations.

His long-term vision is to build one of the nation’s most organized incarcerated-led advocacy networks—one that empowers incarcerated individuals, strengthens families, promotes transparency, encourages rehabilitation, and demonstrates that meaningful reform begins with accurate information, responsible documentation, and community involvement.

King believes lasting change is achieved through organization, truth, accountability, and collaboration—not division.

Ashley Masiofo serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Outreach for Prisoners Behind Broken Bars (Px3B), where she leads many of the organization’s public-facing initiatives, family engagement efforts, volunteer coordination, and community outreach programs.

Her commitment to criminal justice advocacy was shaped through firsthand experience supporting incarcerated loved ones and navigating many of the challenges families face while attempting to obtain information, communicate with correctional institutions, and advocate for those inside. Those experiences revealed how difficult it can be for families to find reliable resources, meaningful support, and organizations willing to listen.

Working alongside King from the earliest stages of Px3B’s development, Ashley helped transform a vision into an operational advocacy organization. She has played a central role in developing the organization’s public reporting systems, outreach strategies, educational resources, volunteer recruitment efforts, community engagement initiatives, and awareness campaigns focused on institutional transparency and accountability.

As Director of Outreach, Ashley works closely with families, incarcerated individuals, volunteers, media representatives, and community partners to ensure concerns are documented professionally and directed through appropriate advocacy channels. She continues expanding programs designed to improve communication, strengthen public awareness, and build supportive relationships between incarcerated individuals and the communities that care about them.

Ashley believes sustainable reform begins with compassion, education, collaboration, and giving people the opportunity to be heard. Through Px3B, she continues helping build pathways that connect families, volunteers, advocates, and incarcerated individuals in pursuit of safer, healthier communities.
