Only complaints that complete all five steps are published.

Before any report naming a Nevada DOC facility is published, the facility receives a notification via Px3B's R2R log. The facility's response (or non-response) is recorded and published alongside the original report so readers see both sides.

Who funds Px3B?

Px3B is funded entirely by supporter contributions. No government, NDOC, vendor, or law-enforcement funding is accepted. All funding tiers are documented in the public Transparency Report.

How does Px3B handle anonymous submitters?

Anonymous reports are accepted by default — no contact information is stored. Submitters who choose to identify themselves provide a contact method that is held only by editorial staff and never published.
