The Relay Method

How Reporting Works

Reporting is not limited to incarcerated people. Reports may be submitted by family members, free-world individuals, attorneys, organizations, staff, and anyone else reporting an issue involving NDOC.

From inside a facility, reports can be sent via GTL messaging, through legal mail, or through a trusted outside contact. From the free world, use any secure form on this site, email, or mail. Every method carries the same level of reporter protection.

All submissions are reviewed by the Px3B editorial team before any publication. Photographs are re-encoded in your browser to remove EXIF data before they are sent; PDFs are sent as they are.

Photographs are re-encoded in your browser to remove EXIF data, GPS coordinates and device identifiers before anything is sent. PDFs are sent unchanged.
