Platform Purpose
Px3B is an advocacy and transparency platform. Content is for informational and accountability purposes only. Nothing constitutes legal advice.
Report Submissions
By submitting a report, you represent that the information provided is truthful to the best of your knowledge. False submissions may be removed without notice.
Review and Approval
Every report is reviewed and must be approved by a Px3B Administrator before public publication.
Evidentiary Standard
A report does not need to be independently corroborated or proven 100% factual before publication. Allegations, firsthand accounts, observations, and other reportable information may be published when they meet Px3B editorial standards and are accurately characterized.
Prohibited Content
Px3B will not publish content that promotes, solicits, encourages, or facilitates violence, uprising, criminal activity, institutional rule-breaking, threats, or other illegal activity.
Identified or Anonymous Publication
Reporters may choose identified publication or anonymity. When identified publication is chosen, the reporter’s name, NDOC ID, and facility may be displayed.
Right to Response
After publication, Px3B attempts Right to Response (R2R) delivery to NDOC and records one of eight outcomes: NDOC Notified, Response Received, Response Under Review, Response Published, Response Window Expired, Response Declined, Late Response Received, or NDOC Rejected / Blocked Delivery.
Corroboration, Correction, and Removal
When information is later corroborated or verified, the record may be marked accordingly. If credible evidence disproves the underlying allegation, Px3B may correct or remove the report under its correction and removal process.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Px3B to submit false information, harass individuals, circumvent security measures, or for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, code, and design are the property of Px3B. Published reports remain the property of their submitters under an irrevocable license to Px3B for publication purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Px3B is not liable for any damages arising from use of this platform, reliance on its content, or submission of information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nevada courts.
